GREAT WHITE SHARK Great white sharks (white shark) are found in coastal waters in every major ocean. They are black, white and gray. They have smooth skin. They prey on seals mostly. They live 30-40 years.
SEA TURTLE found in all of the major oceans and smaller seas with the exception of the Arctic Circle. Sea turtles tend to eat sea grasses, shrimp, crabs, fish and jellyfish, depending on what the sea turtle can find and catch. Sea turtles are brown, tan and green. They have scale skin and live up to 60-80 years.
LEOPARD SEAL The leopard seal is native to the frozen waters of the Antarctic but is also found to the north in the warmer climates. The leopard seal eats krill and plankton in the water but the leopard seals prefer to hunt larger fish and squid. Leopard seals have also been known to occasionally hunt even larger animals such as penguins. Leopard Seals are gray and black with furry skin. They live between 20-24 years.
BASKING SHARK is found inhabiting temperate coastal waters around the world, with the exception of the Indian Ocean. They have enormous mouths which balloon out and take in as much water as possible. Plankton is the primary source of food for the basking shark along with other small organisms such as fish, squid and crustaceans. Basking shark are black, grey and brown. They have smooth skin and from 20-100 years.
